海印缤缤广场

　　海印缤缤广场即有"旧交易会"之称的广东贸易中心，这里曾举办过二十多届中国进出口商品交易会，蜚声国内外，是海印实业集团于2001年5月23日以3.89亿元竞得的。
　　海印缤缤广场位于起义路、泰康路、一德路交汇处，建筑面积41056平方米，总用地面积11290平方米。它面对海珠广场、海珠桥，毗邻珠江，门前有高大威武的纪念广州解放的解放军进城雕像，是广州珠江北沿岸的中心所在，也是越秀区最繁华的商业区段之一。 广州地铁二号线海珠广场站已于2002年开通使用，纵横四方的地铁一、二号线带来源源不断的客源，海印缤缤广场的商业地位更为显赫。

　　其中主楼于1958年9月30日动工，整个工程期仅9个月，创造了建国后大型高级建筑施工建设的新纪录。主楼共有十层，建筑面积达35056平方米。每层分为北、中、西三个大厅，北厅每层1400平方米；中厅每层为850平方米；西厅每层为970平方米；附楼共有六层，建筑面积近6000平方米。目前主要出租商户有麦当劳、大家乐、百怡咖啡、堂会卡拉OK等。
